We offer two different pricing models for our support. We offer billing either based on time and materials, or monthly with a maintenance agreement. We can work with you to determine the best value for your specific needs.
Time and Materials Billing
Hourly Labor Rate: $90
Minimum Charge for Onsite Labor: $50
Minimum Charge for Telephone/Remote Support: $25
Emergency Services: $125/hr. 1 hour minimum.
Additional trip fee may be charged for onsite labor, depending on location.
Monthly Maintenance Agreement
Monthly fee includes nearly all help desk support, server monitoring, and routine maintenance. Call us for pricing specific for your business size and needs.
